Why Rosie does not work at our clinic.

Someone wanted to know why Rosie, unlike Mitzy or Lilly, is never at the office. Well that's because she has way too much to do in our home. (Here she is inspecting a box and the directions to put a lamp together.)

Rosie has two floors, an attic and the basement--all full of stuff--that she regularly has to explore and inspect. She also has to be fully on alert for the chance to speed out the screen door. During the night she prowls for mice, and spends time in the basement. We know because in the mornings she usually has cobwebs and dirt on her.

During the day she hangs out with whoever is at home. when it's me--Craig--she is usually on my desk knocking things off. She also loves to help by walking back and forth across my keyboard, creating new passwords.

So, she has way too many things to do at home to go anywhere except to disappear into the bushes off the porch.
